📋 Description

Work 1:1 in home and community with autism.
Follow treatment and behavior support plans for skill and behavior goals.
Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by supervisor.
Document interventions and progress toward goals.
Collect behavior data per client behavior support plan.

🎯 Requirements

RBT credential or pursuing RBT.
Required for ABA/insurance contracts in HI.
One year experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
Scheduling: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3pm.
1:1 client work in home and community.
Training and supervision provided by BAYADA.
