📋 Description

• Provide home health visits to clients throughout designated territories.
• Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy to support disease management, preventative care, and overall

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field from an accredited
• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.
• Must meet all applicable New Jersey requirements to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
• Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Registered Dietitian in a healthcare setting.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, education, and interpersonal skills.
