📋 Description

• Conduct nutrition assessments to determine participant needs, preferences, and goals
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver and document nutrition interventions in accordance with physician orders or as agreed upon
• Oversee menu planning and meal delivery programs to ensure that all safety and regulatory
• Manage the nutrition staff, including hiring, training, overseeing, and mentoring
• Guide the intake and enrollment process to ensure prospective participants move through the

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with at least two (2) years of experience directing nutrition services in a
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification required
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills in settings with seniors, their
• At least one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
