Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric clients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Complete approximately 5–6 patient visits per day within a designated territory
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and disease management interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve health outcomes
• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Previous home health experience welcomed but not required
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout Monmouth County
