Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care to adults and geriatrics per individualized care plans
• Complete 5–6 patient visits per day within a designated territory
• Perform nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and disease management
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient care and clinical outcomes accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Home health experience welcomed but not required
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout Monmouth County
