Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric clients.
• Deliver care in senior living communities with an autonomous, collaborative team.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and other skilled procedures.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical Manager or Client Services Manager.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team per orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum one year of medical-surgical or clinical nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR; reliable transportation to travel territory.
