Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

Current NJ Registered Nurse license.
Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Home care experience preferred, but not required.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
