📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing visits to clients throughout designated senior living communities and
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care based on client
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform physician-ordered treatments and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to the Clinical Manager or Client Services
• Follow, execute, and accurately document physician orders.
• Provide case management and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical nursing experience.
• Medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Home health or senior living experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
