📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer meds, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on doctors' orders; document updates.
• Case management and coordination; document care in EMR tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Florida RN license.
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Oasis home health experience strongly preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience; ability to travel.
