Registered Nurse Case Manager Designee (Mon-Fri, Day Shift) RN

📋 Description

• Office-based RN Designee overseeing a large caseload (40–50) remotely from Saddle Brook office
• Partner with Visiting RN Designees for in-home supervisory visits
• Serve as clinical hub ensuring docs, orders, and authorizations are timely
• Occasional support for admissions or field clinical needs

🎯 Requirements

• New Jersey RN license in good standing
• 2 years homecare experience
• Experience with infants, pediatrics, and adults at home
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid regs and home care docs
• EMR systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
