Registered Nurse, Full-Time On-Call Runner

📋 Description

• Provide emergency overnight hospice visits on a per-visit basis in Gloucester, Salem, and
• Schedule includes an on-call rotation from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM, one week on/one week off
• Make home visits to clients after business hours and on weekends in designated geographic
• Perform medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care as assigned
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
• Follow up on and document physicians’ orders

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care and/or hospice experience preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
• Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license and competencies
