Registered Nurse, HICU -Full-time Overnights

📋 Description

• Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric clients at home.
• Work in a team-based Hospital at Home model extending hospital care.
• Provide initial weeks of homecare and train family and care team.
• Support infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home.

🎯 Requirements

• Current LPN license
• At least 1 year verifiable LPN experience
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience
• Infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care competency
