Lead nurse orientation, clinical skills assessments, competency evaluations, staff development, and
Coordinate physician communication and follow-ups
Participate in additional training and professional development

🎯 Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, documented by a school transcript or
A current, active nursing license in good standing in North Carolina
Experience working with medically fragile Infants, Pediatrics, and Adults
Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical leadership
