📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in Atlantic County
• Administer meds, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to manager
• Document orders and care activities in EMR tablet
• Conduct client assessments and care coordination

🎯 Requirements

• NJ RN license (current)
• 1+ year clinical (med/surg) exp
• Home health experience preferred
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and time management
• Strong interpersonal skills
