📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated area
• Administer medication and provide wound care
• Monitor client conditions; report changes
• Follow doctors’ orders and document actions
• Conduct client assessments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in SC
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• Independent work style; strong time management
• Strong interpersonal and EMR skills; travel ability
