Registered Nurse-Home Health

📋 Description

• RN to serve patients in King of Prussia, PA area or Lower Bucks, PA area.
• Full-time or part-time, salaried position in home health.
• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing, interventions, and support per care plan.
• Perform client assessments and educate patients and families.
• Travel to cases as assigned and deliver compassionate home care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in PA.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience welcome but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases; strong communication and assessment skills.
