Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and
Monitor clients' conditions
Follow up with, execute, and document physicians' orders
Perform client assessments

🎯 Requirements

Valid RN license in New Jersey
Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Prior home care experience strongly preferred
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills
