Registered Nurse, Home Health Admissions

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments
• Monitor clients’ conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Active PA Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
