Precept and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs during home visits
Provide 1:1 mentoring and feedback to new and tenured field clinicians
Assist in developing and mentoring new preceptors
Collaborate with RN Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator to ensure ongoing staff competencies
Assist the Director of Clinical Education with education classes
Help build and maintain new clinician onboarding calendars

🎯 Requirements

Active RN license in New Hampshire
Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required
HCHB experience preferred
Genuine passion for clinical education, coaching, and mentorship
Strong clinical judgment
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

$10,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS
$65.00-70.00 per point base pay
