Registered Nurse - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments and case management and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• A current Maryland RN license
• At least 1 year of recent medical/surgical clinical experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred
