Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan based on patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in Anne Arundel County, MD.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to supervisor.
• Document orders, assessments, and care using a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
