Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Per diem RN for home health visits in Davidson & Williamson Counties, TN.
• About 10 visits per week (Mon–Fri), 8:30am–5pm.
• Cover visits primarily in Davidson County; travel to cases as assigned.
• Follow care plans and provide 1:1 patient care.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TN RN license.
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
