Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical Services Manager
• Document and follow up on doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD RN license
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
