📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan for patient needs.
• Home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document doctors' orders and follow up accordingly.
• Conduct client assessments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland RN license.
• Minimum 1 year medical/surgical clinical experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
