Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan in line with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform medication administration, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary and assist with case management

🎯 Requirements

• PA RN license
• 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• EMR experience
• Ability to travel to cases
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
