Registered Nurse-Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territory
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to manager
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document
• Perform client assessments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer skills with EMR experience preferred
