Registered Nurse, Home Visits

📋 Description

• Provide per-visit RN care to adult/geriatric clients in Nassau County and Northern Duval.
• Follow care plans and perform meds, wound care, treatments.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to managers.
• Document observations and interventions on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in FL.
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer skills; EMR preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
