Registered Nurse - Hospice RN (Full Time)

📋 Description

• Visit clients at home; meds, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to manager
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as needed
• Occasional on-call after hours and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Hospice experience welcomed, but not required; we will train you
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
