Registered Nurse - One on One Adult Home Care

📋 Description

• Travel to a client home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up on doctors’ orders and complete documentation.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Work with one client per day with traditional shifts (8/10/12 hours).

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (per transcript/diploma)
• Current Delaware RN license in good standing
