Registered Nurse, Per Diem Weekends, Home Health

📋 Description

• Visit clients in their own homes to aid recovery from injury, illness, or surgery.
• Case management, care plans, and skilled care (assessments, meds, wound care).
• Help clients progress from discharge to meeting their goals at home.
• Provide education to the patient and/or their family.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Previous home health experience welcome; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
