Registered Nurse (RN)

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessment in home visits
• Provide acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations at home
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Conduct wound assessment, care, and documentation
• Adapt to varied home environments with flexible visit schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Current NH nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in past two years
