Registered Nurse (RN) - BAYADA Home Health Care

📋 Description

• Head-to-toe assessments; identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Acute and post-acute care experience (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home
• Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Wound assessment, care, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of New Hampshire
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab settings
