• Supervising and mentoring home health clinicians in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years in Medicare-certified home health, field
• Prior clinical oversight or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of OASIS, home health regulations, and case management
• Home Health and OASIS experience required
• Excellent assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills
