🎯 Requirements

Maryland RN license in good standing
2+ years field experience in Medicare-Certified Home Health
Home Health and OASIS experience required
Strong case management and Medicare home health knowledge
Clinical leadership, supervisory, or oversight experience
Quality assurance and regulatory compliance experience

🎁 Benefits

Competitive salary: $93,000–$102,000 annually
