📋 Description

• Provide one-to-one adult home care with trach and vent support.
• Travel to clients near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document interventions.

🎯 Requirements

• Tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience.
• Pediatric and/or adult home care experience.
• Skilled nursing assessments and documentation.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; NJ RN license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel to clients for in-home visits.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.
