Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care

📋 Description

• Travel to a client home on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation
• Provide one-on-one care and build client relationships
• Care for adult and/or pediatric clients as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with proper transcripts/diploma
• Current RN license in good standing in the state
• 5 months of RN experience
