Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as shown by transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Travel to cases as assigned.
