Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health - Full Time

📋 Description

• Provide home health nursing to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in Union County, NC.
• Follow a designated care plan and perform duties including medication administration, wound care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors’ orders and perform client assessments as necessary.
• Coordinate case management and ensure accurate documentation using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer/EMR skills.
