Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties.
• Administer medications, wound care, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to manager.
• Document doctors' orders and patient assessments in the EMR.
• Perform client assessments as needed and assist with case management.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
