📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans aligned with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to management
• Document doctors' orders and follow up as required
• Perform client assessments and coordination of care

🎯 Requirements

• Active North Carolina RN license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• EMR experience; travel to cases as needed
