Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits (Med Surg + Wound Care)

📋 Description

• Follow patient care plans per needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medications, wound care, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes
• Document doctors' orders and care activities
• Conduct client assessments and care coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Current OH RN license
• Minimum of 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
