Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits (Med Surg + Wound Care)

📋 Description

• Full time RN opportunity doing Home Health Visits throughout Eastern Cuyahoga County
• Requires recent Med/Surg experience and strong wound-care skills
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
• 1:1 patient care with flexible schedules

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in OH
• Minimum of one year of recent Med/Surg clinical experience
• Home care experience strongly preferred but not required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently, manage time, strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
