Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits (Med Surg + Wound Care)

📋 Description

• Full-time RN opportunity for Home Health visits in Medina County
• Requires recent Med/Surg experience and strong wound-care skills
• Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm; 1:1 patient care; flexible schedules
• Travel to designated geographic territories for home visits
• Perform medications administration, wound care, treatments, and assessments
• Document observations using state-of-the-art EMR/tablet and adhere to care plans

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in OH
• Minimum 1 year recent medical/surgical experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduate from accredited nursing program; able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
• Solid computer/EMR skills; willingness to travel to cases
