Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits (Tuesday-Saturday)

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan according to patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• A current RN license in DE.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
