Registered Nurse, RN Home Health Visits (Tuesday-Saturday)

📋 Description

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills
• Identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize acute and post-acute care experience (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation
• Provide patient teaching and safety monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing in Pennsylvania
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with
