Registered Nurse, RN Home Visits - Weekend

📋 Description

• Use head-to-toe assessment to spot subtle patient changes.
• Utilize acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wounds, IV therapy, post-surgical).
• Triage and independently manage urgent home clinical situations.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Wound assessment, care, and documentation.
• Prioritize urgent visits and efficient point-of-care documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing in Colorado.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
• At least one year of hands-on experience with adult/geriatric patients in multiple settings in the last 2 years.
• Strong problem-solving skills in unpredictable home environments.
• Ability to work independently and make real-time clinical decisions.
