📋 Description

After-hours home visits to clients in VT territories.
Administer medications, provide wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as needed.
Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Current VT RN license.
Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Home care or hospice experience preferred, not required.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
