Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administering meds, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitoring client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Following up, executing, and documenting doctors' orders.
Client assessments as needed; travel to cases as assigned.
On-call after hours and weekends; 26 weeks/year.

🎯 Requirements

A current NJ RN license.
At least 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) exp.
Prior home care/hospice experience preferred but not required.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
