Registered Nurse, RN - Visits

📋 Description

• Provide nursing visits to clients in senior living communities.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in condition.
• Manage acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wounds, IV therapy).
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations at home.
• Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Wound assessment, care, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MA nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in acute/home care in past 2 years.
