Registered Nurse, RN - Weekend Visits

📋 Description

• Weekend RN visits for East Tucson home health; Start of Care/admissions.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments; identify subtle changes in condition.
• Manage acute/post-acute needs: CHF, COPD, wounds, IV therapy.
• Triage and independently manage urgent home clinical situations.
• Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Wound assessment, care, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• 1+ year adult/geriatric exp in acute care, ED, home health, or rehab.
• OASIS documentation experience required.
• Strong assessment, triage, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within coverage area; weekend availability.
